1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account & Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and 123mbi. Your part of this responsibility is as follows:

• Notify 123mbi immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposit Requirements

5 Cash Withdrawal

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and will be processed in accordance with 123mbi's current policies:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same member's name as the 123mbi account registration details.
• Full KYC verification, including valid identification documents, must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.

• Withdrawal requests received on business days will be processed within 1 to 3 hours. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer.

Bonus Withdrawal

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonuses must be converted into withdrawable balance by meeting the specified wagering requirements. The balance eligible for withdrawal will be clearly displayed on your account dashboard.
